Stéphane Gerne is a Personal Trainer graduated from the Swiss School of Fitness Instructors and certified by Fitspro in the field of group coaching such as Body Pump and Body Combat. He is a sports nutrition and micro-nutrition consultant and is also a certified Power Yoga and Pilates instructor from Reebok University. Personal trainer and fitness trainer, he was an elite junior athlete in the Swiss Tennis Team and competed in golf, skiing and volleyball.
His coaching is a mixture of his sporting experiences and will give you a variety of exercises from Pilates and Cross Fit.
